Information you provide. When you book a consultation, request information, download a resource, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, the name and location of your veterinary practice, and any details you share about your practice.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent, through standard analytics tools.

Scheduling information. When you book a consultation, we collect the date, time, and any information you enter into the booking form.

How We Use Information

• Schedule, confirm, and remind you about consultations

• Respond to your questions and provide customer support
• Send you updates and offers where you have consented
• Improve our website and services

We do not sell your personal information.

SMS / Text Message Communications

We operate two separate text message programs:

The Friction Pathfinder Consultation Reminders & Updates (non-marketing). Consultation confirmations and reminders, and replies to your inquiries.

The Friction Pathfinder Offers & Updates (marketing). Promotional offers, practice management insights, and news.

How consent is collected. Consent is collected through our website chat widget. Each program has its own consent, consent is never pre-selected, and providing it is optional. You may consent to one program, both, or neither. We will only send you messages from a program you have specifically agreed to receive.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.

To opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent from that program.

Age. By opting into our SMS services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and is not required to submit any form on our site.

Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile information may be shared with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf (such as our messaging platform, CRM, or customer service providers) solely to deliver the services you requested, and only to the extent necessary to do so.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers for services such as website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, and SMS delivery. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their services on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are excluded from any sharing beyond what is described under "Mobile information sharing" above.
