Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this site, its subdomains, or any of our forms, booking pages, or resources (together, the "Site"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who We Are

Our Services

We provide bundled fractional executive management for independent veterinary practices, delivered as a monthly subscription. This includes human resources support, compliance and OSHA support, bookkeeping, vendor and contract negotiation, pricing review, operational benchmarking, and annual strategic planning. Nothing on this Site is professional legal, financial, or veterinary advice and it does not replace consultation with a licensed professional.

Consultations and Resources

We may offer a complimentary initial consultation, downloadable guides, calculators, or other resources from time to time. Availability is limited and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Booking a consultation or downloading a resource does not create any obligation for either party and does not establish a client relationship.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation. Repeated missed consultations may result in the complimentary consultation no longer being available.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when you book, to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with the Site or anyone else's use of it.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by Principled Medical Management, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

SMS and Mobile Messaging Terms

Program names. We operate two text message programs: The Friction Pathfinder Consultation Reminders & Updates (non-marketing) and The Friction Pathfinder Offers & Updates (marketing).

Program descriptions. Consultation Reminders & Updates sends consultation confirmations, reminders, and replies to your inquiries. Offers & Updates sends promotional offers, practice management insights, and news.

How you join. By providing your mobile number and consenting through our website chat widget, you agree to receive text messages from that program from Principled Medical Management, LLC d/b/a The Friction Pathfinder at the number you provide. Each program has its own consent. Consent is never pre-selected and providing it is optional. You may join one program, both, or neither.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.

Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP to us, we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages from that program.

Getting help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for more assistance, or contact us at james.keil@principledmedical.com or (805) 901-9326.

Consent is not required. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and is not required to submit any form on the Site.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program. You must be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Changes to your number. Please notify us if your mobile number changes so that messages are not sent to someone else.

The Site may link to or rely on third party websites and tools, including scheduling, hosting, analytics, and messaging providers. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Principled Medical Management, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or connected with your use of the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Principled Medical Management, LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
